I am the founder of Inclusive Oak and have worked in the disability sector for over 12 years in many different roles. My 6 year old son was diagnosed with Autism when he was 2 and a half and has since had diagnosis’ of ADHD and Epilepsy to follow. Both my husband and daughter were diagnosed after this too. I am also on my own self discovery journey now and will be having my ADHD and Autism assessments this year - Eeeek!

My passion for the disability sector first developed when I volunteered at a camp for children with disabilities. 12 years have passed and my passion and enthusiasm for the sector continues to blossom.

After my son’s diagnosis’, I was shown a different side of the sector, one that gets forgotten. Once you are given a diagnosis for your child, you are sent on your way without any support. I want that to change. I want to be that person who supports your family, I want to empower you, whilst also ensuring you feel nurtured and supported along the way.
